Emergency help
Water coming through the ceiling? Do these three things.
- Shut off the main. Usually in the basement or crawlspace where the line enters, or in a box by the sidewalk. Turn it clockwise.
- Kill power to wet areas. If water is near outlets or the panel, flip those breakers — or wait outside.
- Call us, then your insurer. We document the damage with photos you can send straight to your claim.
